At EMIAH Store, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
